Returns

Prior to generating a return please contact info@avenuedist.com with your order # and reason for the return. Once confirmed a customer service representative will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to proceed.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any regular priced item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Warranty Policy (if applicable)

Avenue Distribution stands behind quality of all our products. If your product purchased from Avenue Distribution fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, we will replace the product, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.

We kindly ask if you can provide photos of the [defect] and your proof-of-purchase. Once received, we will review and reach out back to you in a timely manner.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take 3-7 business days before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@avenuedist.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

All customers are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Although we try our best to ensure packages are delivered in a timely manner, shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Once a package is shipped, we have no control over how long it will take to arrive. We also have no control over international customs delays. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment for these reasons.

Your package may require a signature upon delivery. Should no authorized recipient be available to sign, the shipping company will leave a notice and either attempt delivery at a later time or make the parcel available for collection at a local depot or authorized location. After we have provided a tracking number, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow tracking updates provided by the shipping company and arrange for re-delivery or collection if necessary. 

Lost or Damaged Items

You understand and agree that AVENUE DISTRIBUTION shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage done by any of the services we provide. AVENUE DISTRIBUTION also does not assume any responsibility for lost packages once we have shipped your order to the requested address. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any issues related to lost packages or damage caused by shipping are to be taken up by you with the shipping company directly.  AVENUE DISTRIBUTION will provide you with the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company as needed. Once this information is provided to you, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact and deal with the shipping company to make a claim.

 

  • Price Match Guarantee

Price Match Guarantee

We compare prices on hundreds of items and may offer limited-time price matching on selected items on our website. If you find an item we offer for a lower price at a selected competitor, we will meet that price at time of purchase. Our ability to price match and make sale adjustments is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • The item must be identical in colour, size and SKU
  • The item must be in stock at a selected competitor and approved by AVENUE DISTRIBUTION
  • We are unable to match order-level discounts, gift card promotions or shipping offers
  • We do not offer price matches on items from outlet, flash sale, auction, club, or non North American based retailers, as well as "marketplace" prices from third-party sellers
  • We do not process automated price matching or sale adjustment requests generated by third-party services
  • We will only make one price adjustment per transaction
  • If requesting a price match or sale adjustment you must provide a current advertisement or a functioning link to the item on the competitor's website
  • Sale adjustments do not apply to items included in Limited-Time Savings or Extra Savings events
  • All relevant information must be sent to INFO@AVENUEDIST.COMand will receive approval and next steps within 24 hours unless the price match is not approved, in which case the customer will be notified immediately.
